- Favourites, how do they work? While logged in you are able to save the products you regularly order to your list of favourites. This prevents you from having to find the same products every time you want to order, speeding up the order process. For your convenience it is also possible to attach notes to products.
- Why do I have to register and log in before I can order? Grovet can only deliver products to registered veterinarians or veterinary wholesalers. New clients are therefore required to create an account which will be verified by Grovet. After your registration has been verified you will be able to place orders in our web shop.
- How can I edit my account information? To edit your account information you need to log in to your account and click on ‘Account Information’ in the left-hand menu. Once you have edited your information you can save it by clicking on the blue ‘Save’ button at the bottom. If you wish to edit your addresses you can do so by ...
- I forgot my password, what do I do now? If you forgot your password you can go to the login page and click on the `Forgot Your Password?’ link. After verifying your email address we will send an email to the email address registered to your account. This email contains a link which allows you to reset your password.
- Where can I find Grovet’s terms and conditions? The terms and conditions can be found here.
- I can’t find the invoice, what do I do now? If you didn’t receive an invoice, accidentally deleted the invoice, or want an additional copy of the invoice you can request it by sending an email to admin@grovet.com noting the invoice number.
