- Why do I have to register and log in before I can order? Grovet can only deliver products to registered veterinarians or veterinary wholesalers. New clients are therefore required to create an account which will be verified by Grovet. After your registration has been verified you will be able to place orders in our web shop.
- Where can I find Grovet’s terms and conditions? The terms and conditions can be found here.
- I can’t find the invoice, what do I do now? If you didn’t receive an invoice, accidentally deleted the invoice, or want an additional copy of the invoice you can request it by sending an email to finance@grovet.com noting the invoice number.
- When can I place an order? Orders can be made online and by e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to place an order by telephone this can be done Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

- What is the minimum order amount? Grovet does not maintain a minimum order amount.
- Can I pick up my order in person? Picking up your order at our warehouse in Utrecht is certainly possible. Please let us know in advance what time you would like to pick up your order.
- Can my order be sent directly to my client? Yes, orders can be sent directly to clients. Client addresses can be added by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘Address Book’ in the left-hand menu. The address of the client can be added as an additional shipping address.
