GDP regulations
The European Good Distribution Practice Guidelines have been applicable to human medicines for years, now also applicable to veterinary medicines since 28 January 2022.
The regulations provide Wholesalers with binding Guidelines on how to handle pharmaceuticals. The ultimate aim of the Guidelines is maximum patient safety.
As part of this, there are binding regulations on how pharmaceuticals should be stored and transported.
In addition, Grovet is required to maintain a quality system and to aim for continuous improvement.
