What is the procedure for damaged or incorrect orders?
On December 24, our customer service will be available until 3 p.m., order placed before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day. During the Christmas Holidays (December 25 & 26), we are closed and our customer service will be unavailable. During these days, no orders will be shipped.
