- Can I track the status of my order? Yes. Once Veterinary Compounding.eu informs the carrier of your package, you will receive an email containing a track-and-trace code, allowing you to monitor the status of your order.
- How can I change or cancel my order? Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order, as magistral products are made to order specifically for you. Changes to an order are only possible if you wish to add a product. Please contact us at +31 88 582 4100 or via info@grovet.com, quoting your order number.
- If I have ordered something incorrectly, can I return it? Unfortunately, magistral products cannot be returned, as they are custom-made based on a prescription.
- What is the procedure for damaged or incorrect orders? If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. - If I have ordered something incorrectly, can I return it? Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your order if you have ordered an incorrect product, as the product is made to order for you.

- To which quality and safety standards do the products comply? All products adhere to the guidelines set by the Royal Dutch Society for the Promotion of Pharmacy (KNMP). These include the Preparation Guideline, which reflects the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and the Laboratory of Dutch Pharmacists (LNA) procedures.
- Do the prices on the website exclude VAT? Yes, all prices are exclusive of VAT (low 9%).
