  1. When can I place an order? Orders can be made online and by e-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to place an order by telephone this can be done Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
  2. What is the minimum order amount? Grovet does not maintain a minimum order amount.
  3. Can I pick up my order in person? Picking up your order at our warehouse in Utrecht is certainly possible. Please let us know in advance what time you would like to pick up your order.
  4. Where is my order? The evening following your order placement you will receive an email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order. If you haven't received an tracking link, please send us an email to info@grovet.com
  5. Can my order be sent directly to my client? Yes, orders can be sent directly to clients. Client addresses can be added by logging in to your account and clicking on ‘Address Book’ in the left-hand menu. The address of the client can be added as an additional shipping address.
