Customer Service en Product Development, Michelle Bakker.

Hi, my name is Michelle Bakker. I have been working at Grovet since October 2021 after graduating as an Applied Biologist. I am working in our Customer Service and Product Development team. I am very interested in horse health, nutrition and biology. At Grovet I can combine my passion and hobby for horses into a great job.

In my spare time I can be found a lot with my horse Gayo. I also love hiking, good food and music.

We proudly present our new product Hepatizer. A liquid complementary feed to support liver function in horses.

The liver is of great importance in a horse. Without a healthy liver, no healthy horse.

Hepatizer is a liquid feed supplement to support liver function in horses. Choline contributes to a normal fat metabolism and to the maintenance of normal liver function. Methionine is an essential amino acid and betaïne ensures maintenance of normal fat metabolism. Combined with plant extracts boldo, artichoke and gentian, Hepatizer helps optimize liver function.

The Hepatizer is a 7 day cure and can be given both through feed and water.

Grovet Brexit Customs duties & Import VAT

Since 01-01-2021 import charges are due when importing goods into Great Britain from outside the UK. These charges include import VAT, customs duty and customs clearance. 

The rate of customs duty and import VAT is depended on the HS-Code/Taric-code of the product being imported. All HS-codes of our Grovet products are also displayed on the invoice. The rates provided by the EU and UK can be found on:

If the products are of UK or EU origin they could be considered preferential origin and have a lower or 0% customs duty rate. Most Grovet products fall into this category.
