Instructions for use
Sterile Water for Injections B. Braun is used for the dilution or dissolution of parenteral medicinal products. The administered dose is determined by the nature of the added product used. The rate of administration depends on the dosage regimen of the prescribed medicinal product.
After appropriate mixing with the prescribed added products, the dosage is usually dependent on the patient's age, weight, and clinical condition, as well as on laboratory test results.
Pediatric patients
The dosage should be based on the instructions provided for the medicinal product to be dissolved or diluted.
Method of administration:
The solution is used for the dissolution and dilution of suitable medicinal products. The appropriate volume, route of administration, and rate of administration are specified in the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) of the added medicinal product. Medicinal products should be reconstituted or diluted immediately before use.
Solvent for parenteral use.
