As our Account Manager for Northern Germany, you will play a key role in expanding our presence and supporting equine veterinarians with innovative products, expert advice, and outstanding service.

We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with a genuine passion for the equine industry.
You have:
A university degree or completed vocational education (Berufsausbildung)
Native or fluent German and professional English
Experience in sales or key account management, preferably within veterinary, pharmaceutical, animal health, or related industries
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate opportunities into results
A proactive mindset and proven experience developing new business
Experience working with equine veterinarians or veterinary clinics
Strong affinity with the equine market
An existing network within the equine veterinary sector is a strong advantage
A self-starting attitude with ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial spirit

A full-time position (40 hours per week).

Direct reporting to the Chief Business Officer
You'll travel extensively throughout your territory, including approximately one to two overnight stays per week, with the goal of visiting around 12 customers each week.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing our customer base across Northern Germany, with a strong focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, and Brandenburg.
You will:
Drive sustainable sales growth through a well-defined commercial strategy
Build long-term partnerships with equine veterinary clinics
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
Create and execute account plans aligned with Grovet's commercial objectives
Negotiate pricing, agreements, and product listings together with internal stakeholders
Monitor market developments, customer potential, and competitor activities
Maintain accurate reporting through our CRM system
Represent Grovet at veterinary practices, congresses, exhibitions, and industry events
