Semintra contains 4mg/ml of the active ingredient telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, which causes a dose-dependent reduction of the mean arterial blood pressure. It is therefore licensed to use for the reduction of proteinuria associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in cats.
Instructions for use
Administer 1mg telmisartan/kg bodyweight (equals 0,25 ml/kg body weight) orally once daily, using the dosing syring in the packing.
