Relaquine is an oral tranquilizer which provides rapid, dose dependant relaxant and sedative effects in horses. Relaquine provides a safe, convenient, and effective method for quietening excitable or nervous animals during transport, training, confinement or minor surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Description:
Oral tranquilizer for quietening excitable or nervous animals
Composition:
Each ml of Relaquine contains 47.5 mg acepromazine maleate, or 35 mg acepromazine.
Dosage:
The advised dosing for moderate sedation is 0.15mg acepromazine per kg bodyweight. The dose may be varied to administer between 0.5 and 1.5 times the above recommendation depending on the level of sedation required. For mild sedation, administer half the recommended dose and for deeper sedation administer 1.5 times the recommended dose.
Packing:
Oral dosing syringe with graduated intervals containing 10ml of Relaquine gel.
