Cuvestrequin is a topical gel barrier for use in horses with broken or irritated skin. It’s a suitable alternative to conventional bandages used to support the management of wounds.

Instructions for use
- Clipping should be done ahead of Cuvestrequin application
- Clean the affected area
- Dry the area
- Apply Cuvestrequin evenly with a gloved hand, up to 3mm thick
- Allow gel to dry in a clean dry environment for up to 30 minutes
- The site is now protected for up to 24 hours
Cuvestrequin is made from a natural polymer complexed with metal salts in an ethanol base. The gel is completely biodegradable.
