AST - Clindacutin 20 g
Clindacutin is an ointment for dogs containing the macrolide antibiotic clindamycin. Clindacutin is indicated for the treatment of:
- Superficial wounds infected with a bacteria that is susceptible to clindamycin
- Canine pododermatitis caused by Staphylococcus intermedius.
Instructions for use
Administer a thin layer of Clindacutin 3-4 times a day until the lesions have healed. Superficial wounds may be treated for a maximum of 7 days and canine pododermatitis may be treated for a maximum of 14 days. If there is no improvement within 3-4 days of initiating the treatment then the treatment should be stopped.
Contains 10 mg clindamycine per g
Veterinary advice
Only for topical administration. Dogs must not be able to ingest the ointment.
