Buserelin is a synthetic peptide hormone with an action analogous to natural gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH). It induces the release into the blood of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) from the anterior pituitary lobe .
Instructions for use
Once via intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
Bovine: 0.021 mg buserelin acetate (5 ml injection fluid) per animal;
Horse: 0.042 mg buserelin acetate (10 ml injection solution) per animal;
Rabbit: 0.00084 mg buserelin acetate (0.2 ml injection solution) per animal.
