Paraffin oil
Used in case of intestinal obstruction or laxative for horses with colic or sand in the intestines
Paraffin oil lubricates the intestines and protects the intestinal mucosa. It increases the transit time through the intestines.
Contains: clear pure paraffin oil, transparent in colour
Meets the requirements of international and British Pharmacopoeia (USP/BP) for mineral oils.
Administration: oral/rectal
Available in:
- 1000 ml
- 5000 ml
Indications d'utilisation
- Horse: up to 2.5 l per gift per day (500 kg horse)
- Dog: 5 - 30 ml per day
- Cat: 2 - 5 ml per day
Long-term use of paraffin is not recommended.
Store at room
temperature (15 - 25 °C)
