HP Intestovet contains a unique combination of prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics to support intestinal function and feacal consistencty for horses. It can be used as a daily or temporary supplement during feed transitions or stressful periods to support a balanced microbiome. HP Intestovet is a convenient pellet, available in a 3 kg package, enough for 60 days of Triple-Biotic support.
HP Intestovet combines prebiotics including inulin from chicory root, beta-glucans and MOS to feed fibrolytic bacteria and thus support a healthy gut microbiome. The live Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast enhances this effect by improving fibre breakdown and the production of volatile fatty acids (1-2). The postbiotic, produced from controlled fermentation of the same yeast, directly provides bioactive metabolites such as short-chain fatty acids, amino acids and beta-glucans that support intestinal cell function, immune response and nutrient absorption.

Horses: 50 grams per day (1 scoop)
Ponies and foals from 6 months: 25 grams per day (1/2 scoop)
The supplement can be easily mixed with feed or fed by hand. For optimal results, it is important to also review overall feeding management: provide coarse, stem‑rich hay to support healthy fibre fermentation, and limit the use of concentrate feeds, particularly those high in starch and sugars.
