Grovet's Bentovet
Supplementary mineral feed for horses. Contributes to normal intestinal function in horses and foals. Bentovet consists of 98% bentonite clay minerals, of which 65% is di-tri-octahedral smectite. Di-tri-octahedral smectite is a mineral with a high absorption capacity that can also bind elements related to diarrhea.
Bentovet can be used prior to, during or after occurance of thin feces or diarrhea.
Besides these Vitamin E softgels we expanded our product range with Vitamin E + Selenium softgels. This dietary supplement for horses helps to maintain and support healthy muscle function and to protect cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
Vitamin E and Selenium contribute in different ways to the elimination of free radicals. For optimal protection against oxidative damage, there must be sufficient uptake of Vitamin E and selenium.
If the dietary content of Vitamin E and Selenium is insufficient, supplementation with Vitamine E (d-a-tocoferol) plus Selenium softgels is advised.
Both natural vitamin E (d-alfa-tocoferol) and organic selenium will be absorbed by the body sufficiently.

Since November, Manuka Vet's wound care products have been available at Grovet. These products, made with pure Mānuka honey from New Zealand, have been developed by veterinarians as an effective, natural wound management solution.

Pulsevet is the market leader in veterinary shock wave therapy. It is a non-invasive treatment involving delivery of shock waves to injured tissue to reduce pain and promote healing.
Shock wave therapy can be used in a wide variety of indication, including wounds, tendon injuries, back pain and fractures.
The PulseVet device uses high-energy sound waves, that reach a large amount of tissue. The physical impact of the shock wave are translated to complex biochemical signals in a process called mechanotransduction that lead to release of proteins and healing growth factors. These have a profound effect on decreasing inflammation, improving healing in tendon/ligament injuries, accelerating bone formation and enhancing wound healing. The Paniolo Hoof Support protects bruised soles and puncture wounds.
In combination with medicated gel, to treat corns.
Provides protection to a hoof that has lost a horseshoe.
