Pyrantel embonate 439 mg/g

Indication

Nematel-P is an oral paste for the treatment of worm infestations in horses, ponies and foals. It is effective in adult stages of large and small strongyles, ascarids, oxyurids and seatworm/pinworm

Dosage and administration

For the treatment of roundworms, large and small strengyles, oxyurids the recommended dose is 19 mg of pyrantel embonate per kg of body weight. One injector is enough for for the treatment of 700 kg of body weight (see the scale on the injector).

For the treatment of tapeworms the recommended dose is 38 mg of pyrantel embonate per kg of body weight. One injector is enough for for the treatment of 350 kg of body weight.
