Bravecto 1x2 Chews for large dogs 20-40kg

Bravecto is a soft chew that is given every 12 weeks. Bravecto kills adult fleas and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations and the treatment and control of tick infestations for 12 weeks. Bravecto also kills lone star ticks (R sanguineus) for 8 weeks.

Bravecto chews are affective within 8 hours of fleas taking a blood meal, and within 12 hours of ticks taking a blood meal. This is one of the fastest acting flea treatments so it is very beneficial when dealing with an infestation. Bravecto also kills fleas before they can lay any eggs, reducing the environmental burden of fleas and shortening the life cycle.

As the active ingredient is ingested orally and not transcutaneously you will not come into contact with it when petting your dog. Your dog can also swim and be bathed without the active ingredient losing potency.

Indicaciones de uso

Bravecto chews can be given during or around a meal. A dog weighing 20-40 kg can be given one 1000 mg chew tablet.

The active ingredient in Bravecto is fluralaner.

Consejos veterinarios

Bravecto can be safely given to pregnant and lactating dogs. Collies and other breeds with an MDR1 defect can also be safely given Bravecto. It can not be given to puppies younger than 8 weeks or lighter than 2 kg.
