Composition:

Each tube contains: L-Leucine 10.73g, L-Isoleucine 7.88g, L-Valine 7.88g, L-Glutamine 0.62g, L-Carnitine HCL 0.39g

Dosage:

Ideally 30 to 60 minutes before heavy work and one syringe after the workout, as necessary.
