Per gram: Trimethoprim 66.7 mg, sulfadiazine 333.3 mg
Each injector contains 45 g of pasta
Indications
- Respiratory infections caused by Streptococcus spp, and/or Staphylococcus aureus;
- Gastro-intestinal infections caused by E. coli;
- Urogenital infections caused by beta-hemolytic streptococci;
- Wound infections and abscesses caused by Streptococcus spp. and/or Staphylococcus aureus
Dosage and administration
5 mg trimethoprim and 25 mg sulfadiazine per kg of body weight per day, for up to 5 days.
One injector is sufficient to treat a 600 kg horse .The piston has a scale; every dose gives a quantity of paste enough to treat 50 kg of body weight.
