Clenbuterol HCl 3 mg/ml injectable, for the treatment of horses affected with airway obstruction
Composition
Clenbuterol hydrochloride 30 microgram/ml
Indication
Treatment of respiratory diseases in horses where airway obstruction due to bronchospasm and/or accumulation of mucus. To be used alone or as an adjuvant therapy.
Dosage and administration
By slow intravenous injection. Twice administration daily of 2.7 ml per 100 kg bodyweight. This is equivalent to twice daily administration of 0.8 micrograms of clenbuterol hydrochloride per kg bodyweight. The treatment should continue for as long as necessary.
